Pete Lahner is a graduate of Iowa State University and Sheffield-Chapin Community High School in Sheffield, Iowa. His business foundations are in relocation and real estate, serving his clients for 11 years. Pete and his wife have twin girls and live in rural Spring Hill.

Ron Ryckman is an eleven-year veteran in construction services, land development, and real estate. He is a graduate of Mid-America Nazarene University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Since his first ownership venture, Ron began developing a network of synergic concerns that include, RWR Exteriors, Kalkaska Development, Dennis Pugh Homes, RK Building Contractors, G and R Properties, and Integrity First – Ryckman Group, and his newest venture, Real Living Today. Ron’s combined pursuits support income for over one hundred professional employees, craftsman, and subcontractors.

Ron provides leadership and enjoys active participation with area philanthropic and civic enhancement projects. Among others, Ron serves of the boards of the Olathe Sports Commission, Pioneer Athletic Association, TLC and is a member of Associated Builders and Contractors.

Ron is an active member at Living Hope Church of the Nazarene. He has been a member of the church board for six years functioning as Chairman of the Trustees for three years. Currently, he serves as Building Committee Chairman.

Ron, his wife Kim, and three children enjoy a life of residence in Olathe, Kansas.
